WHS Spanish Club students had a fantastic day at the ASU Museum! They participated in a scavenger hunt and got hands-on in the Tinker Shop, where they created flying objects, moving pictures, and even buildings.

Afterward, the group enjoyed a visit to Los Arcos, where students had the opportunity to try new foods and do a little shopping.

Great job Warrior for Westside so well and making the most of a fun and educational experience! ❤️🤍

Kim may be new to driving for the district, but she has already made a tremendous impact. She has stepped up wherever needed, showing flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to our students each day.

In addition to driving, Kim also serves as our District Treasurer, balancing a busy schedule while continuing to go above and beyond for Westside Schools.

Coach Brittnee Schwarz’s 9th grade health class recently learned the life-saving skill of CPR!

Students had the opportunity to practice and gain valuable knowledge that could one day help save a life. We are proud to see our students building real-world skills that make a difference both in and out of the classroom.

If you are the parent of a homeschooled child who meets the following criteria, this is for you. The Westside Consolidated School District, Office of Special Education, will hold a meeting with parents of students:

who live in the school district,

have a child who has/had an IEP in a public school setting,

and are currently homeschooling.

Warrior Volleyball Tryouts Are Coming Up!

We will be holding volleyball tryouts for:
Current 6th graders who will be 7th graders next school year

If you are not currently playing volleyball, you must bring a current physical to try out. All tryouts will be held at the HS Multi-Purpose Gym.

Each year for Pi Day, the Westside High School Math department hosts a competition among all our students to see who can recite the most digits of the irrational number Pi (3.1415…). It is announced in advance that the winner will receive $1 for each digit they can recite. The award this year goes to…..Ms. Emma Waller (Grade 10), who recited 171 digits of Pi. Congrats on your $171, Emma!
