Seniors and parents, This is a reminder that all seniors must complete their Sr checkout form, take care of any outstanding debts, return chromebooks, etc... before 3:00pm on Friday, May 21st. If they do not, they will not be eligible to walk in the graduation ceremony on May 24th and will not receive their diploma until they do. Seniors, please take care of this if you have not already done so. Parents, please help remind them to do this ASAP.

High School Seniors and Parents, After having assigned and given out graduation tickets to our seniors, there are a limited number of tickets remaining for graduation on May 24th, at 7pm. These tickets will be made available on a first come first serve basis to our seniors beginning at the time of this post. The senior must be the person to come to the high school office to pick the tickets up during school hours. They will not be given to any other person. The senior will have the opportunity to pick up one (1) additional pack of four (4) tickets. There will be no effort of trying to match up the ticket location to their previously received tickets. For those who do not have enough tickets for your family, ASU is providing a live link to view the graduation ceremonies. They have put in countless hours and hard work over the last 4 years as they have worked towards these honors. High School Parents, Just a reminder about the Summer Warrior Camp: High School Remediation and Credit Recovery Program. If you received a letter in the mail stating your student qualified for this opportunity, please remember to fill it out and send back to the high school no later than May 15th. This is an on-site opportunity only with no virtual option. Session 1 June 1-28: 8th Grade English Remediation/9th Grade English credit recovery June 2-29: Virtual Arkansas credit recovery courses (must do this work on-site) Session 2 July 5-30: 8th Grade Math remediation/Geometry credit recovery

Warriors continue to “Aim High”: At their Annual Military Ball and Awards Ceremony on Saturday night, our Air Force JROTC program received the “Air Force Association Unit of the Year Award” recognizing them as the #1 AFJROTC in the state of Arkansas for the third straight year! Congratulations to our cadets!

We had a great morning of activities on the last day for our seniors. Thank you parents for providing the Sr. Breakfast. Thank you to our Elementary and Middle Schools for allowing our graduates to be recognized by your students. Thank you to the parents who attended our academic awards, signings, and slide show. Thank you to all Westside High School teachers and staff who have made this day possible for all of our graduates. Sr's and parents who will be arriving for Sr activities today will go straight to the pavilion for the Sr breakfast. There will be sign in sheets there. You will not need to come to the high school office.

Reminder the annual red/white football fundraiser game will be held tomorrow night May 7th activities starting at 6pm. $5 admission. No passes accepted. Silent auction, drawings and other great activities. Come out and support your 2021-22 football players.
