School Choice is an option for anyone who lives outside of Westside Consolidated School District and would like their child to attend Westside Schools for the 2023-2024 school year. Applications are now being accepted with a deadline of May 1, 2023.

WHS Freshman Levi Sauser earned a spot on the statewide All-Star team for his performance at the Junior High State Quiz Bowl Tournament on Saturday, February 25th. Levi received a medal and is recognized as one of the top quiz bowlers in the state of Arkansas! 🥇💪🥇

🎉 REMINDER 🎉 Cheer tryouts are March 7th & 8th and 14th & 15th for current students in grades 6th - 11th! Tryouts will be held in the WES Cafeteria from 3:20-5:30 each day with a mandatory parent meeting on March 7th at 5:45. Formal judging will be held on March 17th.

Congratulations to the S.H. Choirs for doing a wonderful job at Choral Performance Assessment Wednesday! The Ladies Choir received a Superior rating in performance and an Excellent rating in sightreading. The Concert Choir received a Superior rating in both performance and sightreading. Both choirs have now qualified for State and the Concert Choir is now eligible for a Sweepstakes Trophy.

Westside Cheer tryouts for grades 6th - 11th will be held March 7th & 8th and March 10th & 11th from 3:20-5:30 in the WES Cafeteria. Tryout packets will be available in the WMS & WHS offices. Please see flyer below for more information!

Westside Elementary kindergarten and pre-kindergarten registration will be held March 6th-8th. Kindergarten registration will be by appointment only, 870-336-9242 and pre-k will be held from 8:00-2:30 each day. Please see flyers below for other important information.
Stop by the Westside High School Library today from 10:00-5:00 to shop the Prom Pop Up Shop and Bake Sale! Proceeds will benefit the Buy A Bed, Give A Bed Program.
Last chance to drop off a dress or accessories for the Prom Pop Up Shop will be this evening from 5-7 at the High School Office. A $10 fee will be charged per dress entered into the sale. Any donated items will not be charged the fee.
Tomorrow is the day ladies! If you are in need to purchase a dress for that upcoming prom or other formal event, be sure to come by the WHS Library from 10-5 and shop. And while you are here, be sure to pick up some tasty treats from the bake sale!
